Train with the Absolute Baseball Academy

Bring yourself, your friends, your family, your co-workers or your team in to train at the Academy and have a blast doing so! Maximize skill development with our Hitting Bays, Pitching Mounds and Fielding Area or ask about hosting your own indoor Wiffle Ball Game!

Walk-ins are always welcome, but feel free to phone ahead (403) 284-4006 to reserve your cage!

We provide a limited selection of complimentary balls, helmets and baseball gloves, or if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own, however we do not accept responsibility for individuals who lose or damage their personal equipment while using our facility.

Our cages accomodate all ages and abilities. Our cages can be adjusted from approximately 30 - 90 miles per hour. Ball height is also fully adjustable in all of our cages.

Please note that there is a 5 person maximum per cage, and individuals participating in activities at BAF Centre Ltd. do so at their own risk.

Our Rates

Our rentals are based on time, not pitches, and you choose the speed!

Iron Mike Batting Cage Rentals for Baseball, Fast Pitch, and Slow Pitch
$15.00 for 15 minutes, or $50.00 per hour (up to 5 persons per cage)
ProBatter Baseball Simulated Pitching Machine Rental
$20.00 for 15 minutes (up to 5 persons per cage)
Drop-In Pitching and Throwing Lane Rentals (up to 1 hour in Lane)
$15.00 per hour (up to 5 persons in Lane)
Cage Rental where Iron Mike Machine is not used (Soft Toss Rate)
$15.00 per participant only during Non-Prime Time Hours which are Monday to Friday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm, and 9:00pm - 10:00pm  (up to 5 persons per cage)
$15.00 for 15 minutes, or $50.00 per hour during Prime Time Hours which are Monday to Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm and All Week-end Hours (up to 5 persons per cage)
Fielding Area Rentals
$100.00 per hour for full fielding area
Team Rates per hour (for groups of 14 or more)
  • Please note: Professional coaches for team instruction are available for an additional charge.
  • 30 players @ $10.00/player = $300.00 (6 batting cages and full fielding area)
  • 26 players @ $10.50/player = $273.00 (5 batting cages and full fielding area)
  • 22 players @ $11.00/player = $242.00 (4 batting cages and full fielding area)
  • 18 players @ $11.50/player = $207.00 (3 batting cages and full fielding area)
  • 14 players @ $12.00/player = $168.00 (2 batting cages and full fielding area)
Full Facility Rental
$400.00 per hour
One on One Professional Instruction
$65.00/hr +tax (up to two persons) and $10.00/hr +tax per additional participant or $45.00/30 Min +tax (up to two persons) and $8.00/30 Min +tax per additional participant.

Membership with Absolute Baseball Academy

Memberships include:

  • Guaranteed 15 minutes daily in one of our Iron Mike Batting Cages
  • Guaranteed 15 Minutes a week in our ProBatter Simulated Pitching Machine
  • 1 hour daily use of Pitching Mounds, Pitching Targets, Hitting Tees, Weight Equipment and Dryland Area (subject to availability)
  • Discounted rate on ProBatter use at a cost to Members of $5.00 per 15 minutes
  • Discounts on Private One on One Instruction ($15.00 off 1 hour or $10.00 of 1/2 hour)
  • 15% discount on all Camps and Clinics run by The Absolute Baseball Academy & Fitness
  • 15% discount on our Basic Birthday Party Package
