FAQ: What if I have less then 10 children and 2 adults? Our basic party package is based on 10 children, and 2 adults. No discount is given for less but you may take the left over food home with you. What if I have more then 10 children? An additional charge of $9.99 per extra child will apply. This does not include any extras (pizza, beverages, etc.). Any extra “Ad-On’s” will be an additional charge. What if Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc., want to join us? Will we be charged? No. We will not charge extra for adults there to help chaperon. (Unless you require additional “Ad-On’s”.) Can we bring presents to the facility? Of course! And we even do the clean-up! Can we bring our own cake into the facility? Yes. Cake is the ONLY outside food allowed in our facility. When can guests arrive? No more then 10 minutes prior to party. How long after the party can guests stay? We ask Party Goers to leave no longer then 10 minutes after the party in order to accommodate other parties that may be going on that day. What if we need to cancel?
We ask for a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. However, we realize things happen...If your child is ill we will glady re-schedule their party for a later date!
